By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our service. Our services are exclusively designed for maritime professionals seeking DG Shipping approved certifications.
STCWCourse.in acts as a facilitator between seafarers and DG Shipping Approved Maritime Training Institutes (MTIs). When you book a course, you are paying a reservation fee or full fee to secure your seat. All bookings are subject to batch availability and the final approval of the respective MTI.
Course cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the batch commencement date may be eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the course start date are strictly non-refundable as the seat cannot be reallocated.
It is the sole responsibility of the seafarer to ensure they meet the prerequisite eligibility criteria (including valid INDoS number, medical certificates, and prior sea service if applicable) for the booked course. The MTI reserves the right to deny entry if proper documentation is not presented on the first day of training.
MTIs reserve the right to reschedule or cancel batches due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., minimum batch strength not met, trainer unavailability). In such rare events, STCWCourse.in will provide a full refund or reallocate you to the next available batch based on your preference.
